Check (set up) your items once you have received them and notify us ASAP if there is any problems, we will help you to get the best solutions. We will replace or provide credits on any items found to be faulty. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel/refund after orders have been made and dispatched. 

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, we are happy to cancel your order with full refund within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) before the order being processed.
